A growing archive of recorded silent sittings, pranayama practice, short satsangs and practice sharings, and — in time — direct technique instruction, offered in the line of Gurudev Paramahamsa Hariharananda Giri. Each recording is a doorway into stillness; each offering sustains the work of carrying it forward.
STILLNESS PRESERVED · TEACHING CIRCULATEDEvery recording below carries a short preview clip (10 seconds or less) so you can feel the quality of the recording — the room, the silence, the breath — before going further.
The full-length recording is made available on receipt of a small pranami — a devotional offering, not a commercial fee. In the Kriya Yoga lineage, such offerings accompanying the sharing of teaching go back to the time of Lahiri Mahasaya and, in tradition, to Mahavatar Babaji himself; they sustain the guru-disciple current rather than monetize it.
We do not publish full-length links on this page — only the person who has made the offering receives them, kept safe and personal, the way a teaching is traditionally received directly from hand to hand.
The REAL Kriya Corpus preserves recorded silence, breath, and technique so that the highest teachings of Gurudev Paramahamsa Hariharananda Giri remain available — not as content, but as a living transmission — to sincere seekers wherever they are.
The Corpus records group and solitary sittings in deep meditation and silence, pranayama and breath-control practice, short satsangs and practice sharings on technique, tips, and insight, and — as they are prepared — direct instructional recordings on the technique itself. Recordings are catalogued, previewed briefly for anyone, and released in full to those who make a small pranami offering, supporting the ongoing research, recording, and teaching mission of the REAL Institute. Corpus is growing; new sittings are added as they are recorded.
Four streams of recording, each building toward the same aim — direct, felt experience of the practice.
Filter the corpus below by the kind of practice each recording preserves.
Every recording below is real — a sitting, a session, or a sharing — drawn from the Institute's Google Drive archive. Preview freely; offer ₹250 via PhonePe/UPI to receive the full-length recording by email.
Each pranami offering of ₹250 supports the recording, cataloguing, and continued availability of the corpus — a small act of reciprocity for a teaching freely given.
